Driving through the night with two little girls sleeping was VERY much worth it. This recipe is still a crowd pleaser at my place...my FIl always requests it for his birthday meal. Now that I cook a whole chicken or 2 in the crockpot every week, I tend to use that meat and it's yummy too!! (email is forthcoming! :) ) Yep, great memories.
