And thank you so much for the verbal hug of understanding threaded in your comment...to have someone who has been there/done that say what you did, really takes a load off my mind about that afternoon. The same thing happened to my son and I in 2006. We WERE at home and we lived in an apt building.Since then, it's been a long road of recovery, but God has been with us every step of the way. When something like that happens, the people around you do the best they can and I know that's what you did.
