homemade snow ice cream, plus a super simple science experiment you should do BEFORE you make snow ice cream. Either way, you are in for an eye-opening surprise, and a very tasty treat. At the very least, happy kiddos!

Is it too much to ask just for the snow? It is the worst winter ever! I can’t believe how warm it is and it seems the rest of the country is pretty cold.
Smiling at you Leticia! We love snow, and finally got ours in the past two weeks…hopefully you’ll get some too, eventually. The bad thing, is now it is melting…which means mud. That’s the only advantage of city living, in my little country opinion…lol. Neat sidewalks and streets…no gravel roads and dirt pathways!
Btw, you don’t need to have snow to have fun making ice cream with your kids! I share a recipe at Writer…Interrupted for ice cream in a baggie…that your child can make with 3 ingredients you have on hand…and in under ten minutes!
Now that would be fun to do with my boys.
